Our exciting new Narrabeen project is presently under construction; involving a complete renovation and substantial addition, which will span a 12-months period for construction. The existing home was a smaller, 1950’s vintage waterfront home, located on the edge of picturesque Narrabeen Lake, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
This construction is a very exciting project for us to undertake, as it will ultimately become a “one-of-a-kind”, architecturally-designed, home. Consisting of a first-floor addition; including the master bedroom, accompanying Ensuite, walk-in robe, mezzanine office and large balcony. Additionally, the ground floor is to encompass “all new” bedrooms, main bathroom, entry, kitchen, dining, living and outdoor decking areas.
The impressive architectural design is based on incorporating many different modern material finishes; including Colorbond Ultra roofing and snap-lock Ultra wall cladding, complimented by the use of hardwood pergolas and decks, and with cedar cladding throughout.
We have so far completed the structural framing for the home and are ready for the new Colorbond Ultra roofing to be installed during the coming weeks. We are very much looking forward to the next stage of construction and truly showcasing the finer details of this beautiful architectural project.
