Our new Narrabeen project is currently underway, involving a full renovation and substantial expansion of a 1950s waterfront home on the edge of picturesque Narrabeen Lake, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. The project is set to span 12 months and will transform the existing home into a one-of-a-kind, architecturally-designed residence. The design includes a first-floor addition featuring a master bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe, mezzanine office, and large balcony, while the ground floor will be completely reimagined with new bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor decking.

The architectural vision for this home blends modern materials, including Colorbond Ultra roofing and snap-lock Ultra wall cladding, complemented by hardwood pergolas, decks, and cedar cladding throughout. These elements will come together to create a striking and contemporary design that maximizes both functionality and style.

So far, we’ve completed the structural framing and are preparing for the installation of the new Colorbond Ultra roofing in the coming weeks. We're excited to move into the next phase of construction and look forward to showcasing the finer details of this beautiful, bespoke home.
