We are extremely proud to announce that our recently completed “Newport House” project has won “Best Use of Materials” for the Australian House and Garden “Top 50 Room Awards”.

This beautiful home outdoor living area, designed by Carter Williamson Architects, was truly a special “one of a kind” build for us.

This marvellous outdoor area, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, is a pavilion added to the 2015-built home, constructed beside the relaxing “suspended” infinity-edge pool.

Covered open sections provide maximum versatility, thereby allowing comfortable outdoor use in every season.  Sculptured cut-outs in the pavilion’s western wall allow evening sunsets to wash through the pavilion and into the interior living space, creating a wonderfully breathable environment.

The use of two types of brick, faded blackbutt and Colorbond steel, combined to create a spacious open outdoor area that is textural and visually interesting.  A grand timber dining setting completed the picture.

With being able to enjoy the panoramic views overlooking Newport Beach each day, our clients feel like they are on holidays all year round.

Keep an eye out for the uploading of our professional photos, and more comprehensive detail, for this truly stunning project.
