We are proud to present one of our latest design and construction projects, transforming an original single-level red-brick house into a stunning two-level Hamptons-inspired family home. The alterations and additions seamlessly added a first floor, featuring a cathedral-ceiling master suite with an opulent walk-in wardrobe and skylit ensuite, along with two additional spacious bedrooms and a new main bathroom.

The ground floor underwent a complete renovation to enhance the home’s character and style. A redesigned front entry area and reconfigured roofing contributed to a more inviting atmosphere. The updates included a renovated sunroom and improvements to the main level bedroom and study, allowing for the generous inclusion of a first-floor internal staircase that connects the new upper level with the ground floor.
