The extensive renovations began with the addition of a first floor, which expanded the living space and provided breath taking views of the surrounding area. Additionally, we revitalized the ground floor, breathing new life into the existing structure. Our team implemented innovative solutions to ensure that the new Hamptons-inspired features harmonized with the original home, preserving its character while enhancing functionality.

Originally a modest two-bedroom house, the transformation resulted in a stunning modern residence that includes five spacious bedrooms and four beautifully appointed bathrooms. The thoughtfully designed layout encourages seamless indoor/outdoor transitions, creating an ideal flow for relaxed family living and entertaining. Expansive sliding doors open to outdoor areas, allowing natural light and fresh air to permeate the home while providing ample space for gatherings and activities, making it perfect for a growing family.
