Following more than 35 years of working as “Office and Business Administrator” within the Reading family commercial construction company, Lisle is now happy to be the “Office Administrator” for Beachill Construction Solutions Pty. Ltd., which is owned and operated by her two sons, Luke and Toby.
Lisle’s role within Beachill is to ensure that the important day-to-day administrative operations and contractual obligations, within her sons’ ever-growing construction company, are carried out professionally, legally and efficiently.
It takes two very special sons, like Luke and Toby, to be receptive and welcoming, in wanting their parents to help them to grow their business in the correct fashion; by always helping to ensure that clients and suppliers are respected and looked after, and which assists in the smooth day-to-day construction of clients’ beautiful homes.
Is Beachill’s very well-experienced and knowledgeable “secret asset and support”.
Mike (or Dad); and otherwise known as Luke’s and Toby’s “other best mate”, has spent the past 15+ years, imparting his wealth of building construction expertise and encouragement, to Luke and Toby.
Especially always ensuring that Luke and Toby are cognizant of remembering; to “always do a job correctly the first time”. Why provide inferior workmanship – when clients will instead always be happy, and then be certain to either return or refer Beachill, for well-planned and correct workmanship in the first place.
Mike has always led by example, by demonstrating to Luke and Toby how best to construct with meticulous care and attention to detail, which will be respected and appreciated by clients for many years to come.
Jamie is one of the main Beachill staff members who will help to bring your building dream to reality.
With a licensed Carpentry background, Jamie is well credentialed to manage and direct the day-to-day construction requirements and processes for each client.
As a Beachill client’s “first contact point on site”, Jamie is responsible for such things as ensuring the correct starting and finishing times for staff and trades, or for accepting and checking the accuracy of deliveries, or helping to co-ordinate the various associated trades; which means Jamie is always kept busy.
Jamie has happily worked with Beachill for many years, initially as a Carpenter, until progressing to the important position of On-Site Project Manager.
After starting out in the hospitality and airline industries for over 10 years, Jay decided upon a career change. With his passion for design, his decision to move into the Architectural Industry has proved to be a great decision.
From 2006 to 2007 Jay completed Certificate IV in Architectural Technology with Distinction, then went on to complete the Diploma in 2008 to 2009, combining also in 2009, the Advanced Diploma, both successfully completed with Distinction.
Prior to setting up his own business in 2014 Jay had worked in Architectural Design since 2007 for various architectural firms in Sydney, The Central Coast and Newcastle Regions.
Working in conjunction with Beachill Constructions as well as other industry professionals and consultants, Jay provides a more realistic and simplified approach to the building process allowing builders and clients to be involved in the design which in turn enables a more cost effective, practical and efficient end result for all involved.
Beachill are proud to recognise Harry for being previously nominated as a “Housing Industry Association of Australia – NSW Apprentice of the Year”.
Harry has always found being employed within Beachill, since the commencement of his Certificate III “Carpentry Apprenticeship”, as rewarding and varied; continually being given the opportunity for improving his carpentry skills and industry knowledge.
Working within Beachill has also provided the opportunity for Harry to work within a growing, high-end, residential, renovation, design and construction company.
Some of Harry’s best attributes within his chosen carpentry career are that he is always striving to improve as a Carpenter, and is continually punctual and reliable, along with being extremely well-mannered and physically well-presented, who always shows respect towards all of the Beachill staff and clients.
We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the beautiful house Beachill Construction Solutions have constructed in Carters Road, Dural NSW. It is beyond all our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. We love it. As an architecturally designed house, it required a very talented and competent team.
