On a much-sought-after sizable flat block, within walking distance of Narrabeen Lake, this beautiful and completely rebuilt home now possesses three spacious bedrooms, with two bedrooms cleverly serviced by an ensuite, two living spaces, an ample sized designer kitchen, internal laundry and main bathroom.
A modern architectural masterpiece in Dural, which Beachill had the pleasure of constructing. This newly built, custom designed, home was constructed using a core-filled foam rendered design, with exposed steel.
The combination of the two materials created a very modern, yet elegant look. The use of foam-filled insulated roof panels and large windows, in the exposed steel, allowed masses of natural light to filter throughout the home.

Transitioning from the main timber floors of the Master Bedroom to the “similar” timber-look tiled flooring of the bathroom, created a new and modern “seamless” look, bringing both rooms together in harmony.
Following many years of providing personalised office refurbishments, through to complete commercial office fit-outs, we have completed another “full floor” office fit-out at North Sydney, for one of our long standing clients.
This project encompassed 350+ square metres of floor space, incorporating plasterboard walls and ceilings, plus glass and aluminum partitioning; thus constructing full-height partitions, to create individual office suites and meeting rooms, throughout the whole floor.
