You not only delivered a fantastic, high quality exacting fit-out, but also fulfilled a greater role as the Project Manager and principal point of contact for all 70+ sub-contractors throughout the site; which included electrical / data, plumbing, joinery, air-conditioning, flooring, fire protection, telephones, etc.

The site was incredibly harmonious, organised and safe, with all of the sub-contractors working well together, including those directly contracted by our Company, however, all under your management. This meant the co-ordination was exacting, the quality of finish superb, and the very challenging staged handover of floors was delivered ahead of what we expected. Your ability to solve the practical onsite requirements, with minimal effect on the rest of the project, was also a significant benefit to the project.

Your experience, dedication, eye for detail, good humour and willingness to go the extra distance, are the main reasons this project was successful.
