Our Mona Vale project was an absolute pleasure to be involved with.

The extensive construction works included a first-floor addition, various ground floor modernising alterations, along with the necessary and imaginative solutions required, to tie the new Hamptons inspired additions and alterations in with the original home.

What was originally a small two-bedroom home, was ultimately transformed into a stunning and modern home with coastal aesthetics; encompassing 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with the effortless indoor/outdoor transitions for relaxed family living and entertaining.

The project parameter also included a shared driveway, which required crucial project management, to avoid inconvenience for the other “shared driveway owner/s”.

Our clients required and our contract was limited within a certain budget, a set timeline allowance and a superior level of quality. We therefore worked closely and cohesively with our clients to ensure these budget, timeline and quality specifications were delivered in accordance with their expectations.

This strikingly attractive project ensured the culmination of a modern and unified family home.
