Berry Street, North Sydney

Following many years of providing personalised office refurbishments, through to complete commercial office fit-outs, we have completed another “full floor” office fit-out at North Sydney, for one of our long standing clients.

This project encompassed 350+ square metres of floor space, incorporating plasterboard walls and ceilings, plus glass and aluminium partitioning; thus constructing full-height partitions, to create individual office suites and meeting rooms, throughout the whole floor.

The common areas were constructed of half-height V.J. lining boards, with glass above. The floors within the project were covered with a parquetry flooring, thereby enhancing and enriching the overall style of the project

An architecturally-designed kitchen “break-out area” was constructed for servicing of all clients; including individually-created and custom-made cabinetry, stone bench tops, “subway” tiled splashbacks, LED strip lighting, and stainless steel appliances.

High-end, latest technology, integrated “audio visual control systems”, televisions and background music throughout, were also incorporated into the whole floor design.

An individually crafted glass and aluminium encasement was constructed to house and protect the Balinese warrior statue “centrepiece for the floor”
