The project construction for this home in Curl Curl was of 9-months duration; involving front and rear extensions, installation of a heated inground concrete pool, construction of an inviting outdoor entertaining area, a full house renovation, along with the complete landscaping which followed.
Our clients’ design brief was to construct a beautiful coastal-style family home, which incorporated the latest entertaining aspects at their door step. Designed to embrace the indoor/outdoor lifestyle; the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining areas open up through to the versatile alfresco entertaining area, which incorporates hardwood decking alongside the sky blue, heated, inground concrete pool.
This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home features the latest “Fibaro” home automation system, allowing personal, fingertip, control of the lighting and audio via a smart phone. The striking kitchen incorporates the latest stone bench tops, shaker-style polyurethane finish cabinetry, an island bench and a butler’s pantry. The lounge and dining room areas also include an impressive centrepiece sandstone gas fireplace, with custom joinery on either side.
Additionally, the “sun room” has its own day bed, with added storage joinery underneath and built-in cabinetry on the adjoining wall. The “cinema / family room” features an attractive blackbutt storage unit, encased around the TV, with shaker-style polyurethane finish cabinetry to match the overall theme throughout this gorgeous home.
This fabulous home in Curl Curl was a tremendous project for Beachill to undertake and we sincerely thank our wonderful clients for entrusting this extensive construction to us. It was certainly a pleasure to build and to deliver our clients the dream home they desired.

Our family used Beachill Construction to transform our humble beachside cottage into a stunning, modern coastal home. We chose Beachill because from the outset when we first met Luke, we could see Beachill were professional, very clear on costs and highly organised. They did not disappoint. From a person who likes to work with spreadsheets and tight plans in her own profession, I was thrilled to find the same rigour applied to our project. Toby managed the project and worked very closely with us to ensure we all communicated well about expectations and delivery deadlines. Whilst we had our own part to play in ensuring that all fixtures and fittings were selected and presented early, Beachill drove this as they had the wisdom to know that this is how you finish a job on time and on budget.
Throughout the project we found the site was managed very professionally. Trades often commented on the cleanliness of the site and Toby kept a firm eye on project timelines, keeping all the trades to their commitments. Toby was a good communicator and would check in regularly with us to confirm any minor details. The Beachill staff were always friendly and courteous and they held their trades to the same standards. A couple of times during the build we had cause to provide feedback about things, like noise and dust, and Beachill were always quick to respond to feedback and fix the problem. They were very respectful of our neighbours throughout the build.
At the end of the day, what blew us away was the quality of the end product. Beachill’s attention to detail was second to none and I appreciate every day the beauty of all the finer elements of their work. They were able to deliver an absolutely beautiful home that was finished precisely on time, as promised.
