Beachill are proud to present our most recently completed, “Design and construct project”, which has achieved seamlessly converting and extending an original single-level red-brick house into a stunning Hamptons-inspired two-level family home.
With the addition of a first floor, including; a new Cathedral-ceiling Master Suite oasis with opulent walk-in wardrobe and skylit ensuite, plus 2 additional spacious bedrooms with built-in robes, a stunning new main bathroom, and window shutters throughout to match the original ground floor level.
The new external front entry area and reconfigured new roofs throughout, incorporated the enhanced character and overall new style of this beautiful home. Redesigning of the front entry sunroom, along with the existing main level bedroom and study, created further openness and allowed for the generous inclusion of the first-floor internal staircase.
To unify and bring together the new upper level with the existing ground floor level, included new internal natural timber floors, skirtings and architraves throughout both levels. The open plan living and dining areas now effortlessly transitions with the rear alfresco entertainment area, for relaxed family living and entertaining. Finally concluding with the full weatherboard cladding renovation of the original external ground floor level brickwork, to cohesively unite both levels.
