We are proud to present one of our most magnificent architecturally designed projects; in one of the most beautiful locations of Newport Beach. This spectacular home has uninterrupted 180 degree views of Newport Beach. The pavilion surrounds the lawn and infinity edge pool, providing a covered living space for enjoying the outdoors. Blackbutt hardwood timber decking extends throughout the various areas, providing a feeling of continuity.

Spectacularly cantilevered above the terrain, the infinity pool pavilion and lounge spaces embraces the lush foliage of the surrounding landscape. The exterior lounge area, complete with chaise lounges by Eco Outdoor, is an ideal vantage point to enjoy the dramatic views of the surrounding land.

Everything has been thought of when designing this fabulous outdoor environment, such as:

»  Relaxing, Hardwood Blackbutt timber deck, multiple lounge and dining areas, designed to capture the various uninterrupted 180 degree views of Newport Beach. The living and dining spaces are open to one another, providing ample space for the whole family to gather.

»   A fully-functioning outdoor kitchen, with all modern conveniences and appliances; such as bar and wine fridges, microwave, storage and servery areas, whilst also combining with an adjoining stainless steel barbequing area have all the cooking amenities you need.

•   A distinctive, custom-made brick pizza oven, with black powdercoated steel surrounds, and modern outdoor natural gas fireplace incorporates the perfect area.

•   A stunning infinity-edge pool, outdoor shower and the calming grassed area. An individually created “feature skylight” within the overhead cabana roof, along with custom made steel privacy screens and irregularly shaped “unique” wall features.

•   Striking architecturally designed pendant lighting over the large Blackbutt dining table is ideal for the family gatherings. Along with LED feature downlights throughout the Cabana.

Combining our major construction, plus our Project Management of all “our trades” on-site, enabled all of these works to come together to complement our clients’ architecturally-designed home, and to incorporate the ultimate outdoor entertainment facilities, to capture and enjoy the uninterrupted views of Newport Beach and Pittwater.
