What's been happening at our Newport House Project

We are so proud of our recently completed “Newport House” project, that we are in the process of entering this beautifully constructed “outdoor entertainers dream home” into the “2020 HIA Awards”.

What a wonderful way to spend a day, entertaining family and friends, whilst taking in the beautiful Newport Beach views.

Looking north east to Newport Beach from the “suspended” infinity-edge pool, with frameless glass balustrading – or looking north-west through to Pittwater, from the “suspended” viewing platform deck, via creatively designed viewing “openings”.

Everything has been thought of when designing this fabulous outdoor environment, such as:

  • Relaxing, timber deck, multiple lounge and dining areas, designed to capture the various uninterrupted views
  • A fully-functioning outdoor kitchen, with all modern conveniences and appliances;  such as bar and wine fridges, microwave, storage and servery areas, whilst also combining with an adjoining stainless steel barbequing area
  • A distinctive, custom-made brick pizza oven, with powdercoated steel surrounds, and modern outdoor natural gas fireplace
  • An individually created “feature skylight” within the overhead cabana roof, along with made to order steel privacy screens and irregularly shaped “unique” wall features
  • Striking pendant lighting over the large dining table area, along with LED feature downlights throughout
  • Incorporating a calming grassed area beside the stunning infinity-edge pool

All of these “works” came together to complement our clients’ architecturally-designed home, and to incorporate the ultimate outdoor entertainment facilities, to capture and enjoy the uninterrupted views of Newport Beach and Pittwater
